1. Administrator in Leasing Department
Duties:
- handle incoming calls and correspondence, deal with queries from clients;
- prepare calculations and contracts;
- manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications;
- invoice administration (print, register, prepare envelopes, send);
- perform translations to/from English and usage of translation companies;
- communicate and provide information internally and externally to assist and enable leasing operations and effective service to clients;
- analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports;
- research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by sales managers.
Candidate criteria:
- Higher Education (preferably economical);
- Work experience at the position of secretary or administrator – more than 1 year;
- Foreign languages – English (preferably);
- PC level – experienced user;
- Personality skills:
a) organized;
b) analytical skills;
c) attentive and meticulous in work with numbers and details;
d) communicative
Work conditions:
- stable salary (according to the results of the interview) –starting from 450 USD;

2. Rental Sales Agent
Duties:
- conduct and maintain operations on providing of vehicle rent, including transfer of a vehicle to client and receiving it back, as well as examining the vehicle before transfer and after receiving;
- hand over car state report, rental agreements;
- supervise mutual money transfers with clients;
- support/ maintain clients during the period of rent;
- inform client about company products;
- prepare calculations and contracts;
- manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
Candidate criteria:
- Higher Education (preferably economical);
- Work experience at the position of sales manager or other client-related position – more than 1 year;
- Foreign languages – English (upper intermediate);
- PC level – experienced user;

3. Personal Assistant
Duties:
- handle and register incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- responsible for usage of courier service;
- invoice administration (print, register, prepare envelopes, send);
- welcoming key visitors, offering tea/coffee, etc;
- administrate booking and preparing of meeting room;
- administrate order and storage of office consumables (stationary, water, coffee, etc);
- administrate daily order of staff lunches;
- travel coordinator (tickets, hotels, visa applications, etc);
- perform translations to/from English and usage of translation companies;
- support Top Management (set up outgoing phone calls; arrange meetings, book conference rooms, reserve table at restaurants, transportation for VIP guests, etc);
- coordinate and control the work of housekeepers, quality of their work.
Candidate criteria:
- Higher Education;
- Work experience at the position of secretary or personal assistant – more than 5 years;
- Foreign languages – English (fluent);
- PC level – experienced user;
