Avis Ukraine became a partner of meeting of the owners of the biggest hotels in Ukraine.10 September 2009
On Wednesday September, 9 Avis Ukraine took part in the first meeting of the Discussion club of the hotel owners. It took place at the “Riviera on Podol”.
Hotels from Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkov, Lvov and Novgorod-Siverskiy were represented on the meeting.
The main question at the business meeting of the professionals of the branch was the level of hotel staff preparation. HR managers and trainers of the “Opera” and “Radisson SAS” hotels discussed the question of the correct organization of interviews and recruitment rules in the hotel business.
Format of the Discussion club in practice confirmed its use. After all it is interested by the form of discussion of current important problems excluding competition based on the constructive interchange of experience.
