Avis took part in the Security and Corporate fleets’ work efficiency Conference. 26 May 2010
On May 18, specialized Conference on Security and Corporate fleets’ work efficiency was held in Kyiv. Traditionally this conference was organized by Academy of driving skills.
To the Conference were invited those people who’s business closely connected with the use of cars, there were general managers and transportation department specialists.
In the frames of the conference conferees discussed questions arising in the process of fleet management of the company among which were methods of revealing and prevention of unauthorised use of cars, choosing of optimal insurance, aspects of civil and criminal responsibilities in case of accident and their prevention by right drawn documents etc.
Pavel Suknenko, Key account manager at Avis Ukraine, in his report on “Leasing as fleet alternative. Practical experience in the Ukrainian market conditions” told about leasing benefits for big companies in current economical situation in Ukraine, about differences between bank leasing and leasing with full service package. He also highlighted aspects of leasing agreement drawing. High interest was provoked by the residual value of the car and its influence on monthly payments.
Pavel also mentioned other less evident but important advantages of existence of residual value of the car: lack of additional problems with registration and strike off the register of the car after leasing, and also availability of additional motivation instrument for company employees who want to buy out cars after leasing.
Conferees highly evaluated organizational level of the event in general and reporters’ speeches in particular and set their hopes on this Conference to be hold annually.
